A good pilot has
A recurring type of brief or proposal.
Known products and commercial boundaries.
An experienced person who can approve or correct the action.
What the pilot looks like
01 — Configure · Week zero
We load your commercial context: packages, rates and floors, rights, approved claims with their evidence, discount authority. A spreadsheet is enough to start — and if it doesn’t exist, week zero is where we build it with you.
02 — Baseline · Weeks one & two
We run CLOSINGMODE against your historical briefs and the actions your experts actually took. Where recommendations disagree with your sellers, we fix the configuration before anything goes live.
03 — Operate · Ongoing
Live briefs become approval-ready actions. Your sellers approve, edit, hand off, or no-bid. Every material edit becomes a labeled example used to improve the system. We report approval-ready rate and review minutes.
FAQ
What do you actually build for us?
One approval screen. You paste a buyer brief — a forwarded thread, call notes, or an RFP all count. CLOSINGMODE returns the recommended next action, a proposed package, the commercial checks behind it, and a sendable draft. You approve, edit, hand off, or no-bid. Everything else — configuring your rates and rights, measuring edits and outcomes — happens behind that screen.
Do you send anything to buyers autonomously?
No. Nothing sends itself. A person approves every action and presses send. Autonomy is something the system earns later, one decision class at a time — and only if you want it.
What happens to our rates and floors?
You choose the labels, folders, and commercial records CLOSINGMODE can access. Access is read-only. Data isolation, retention, and deletion terms are agreed before the pilot begins.
What does the pilot cost?
Pilots are paid and fixed-scope. Pricing depends on the sales lane, the number of briefs, and the context required. We quote the pilot after a short scoping call.
How fast can we start?
Week zero is configuring your commercial context — a spreadsheet of packages, rates, floors, rights, and approved claims is enough; if it doesn’t exist, we build it with you. Weeks one and two baseline the system against your historical briefs. Then live briefs flow.
